Having trouble?

If your Discord connection or roles aren't working correctly, submit an Issues & Glitches ticket.

Keeping Your Project Prophecy Account Secure

Account security is a shared responsibility. There are several simple steps you can take to significantly reduce the chance of your account being compromised.

Use a strong password

Your password should be unique to Project Prophecy and difficult for someone else to guess.

Avoid using:

  • Your username
  • Your real name
  • Your birthday
  • Simple passwords such as "password123"
  • The same password you use on other websites

Never share your login information

Project Prophecy staff should never need your password.

Do not provide your password to another player, team member or anyone claiming they need it to help with your account.

Watch for suspicious links

Be cautious of links sent through private messages, Discord or other services — particularly links claiming you've won prizes or need to urgently verify your account.

If you believe your account is compromised

  1. Change your Project Prophecy password immediately.
  2. Secure your connected email account.
  3. Secure your Discord account if connected.
  4. Review your account for unauthorised changes.
  5. Contact Project Prophecy Support.

Social & Community

Adding friends

Visit another member's profile and select the available Add Friend or connection option.

Once connected, additional social features may become available between you and that member.

Private messaging

Project Prophecy allows members to communicate privately through the platform.

Please remember that Project Prophecy Community Guidelines still apply to private messages.

Group conversations

Where available, members can create private group conversations involving multiple users.

Unwanted messages

If another member is bothering you:

  1. Ask them to stop if appropriate.
  2. Block the member.
  3. Keep evidence of serious behaviour.
  4. Report the member if they are violating Project Prophecy rules.
How to Use the Project Prophecy Forums

The Project Prophecy Forums provide a place for longer-form community discussions, gaming conversations, help, guides and other topics.

Before creating a topic

Check whether an existing discussion already covers your topic.

This helps keep information organised and prevents duplicate discussions.

Creating a good forum topic

Use a clear title that explains what the discussion is about.

For example:

  • Good: Looking for Australian ARC Raiders Players
  • Bad: Anyone?

Community behaviour

Healthy debate and different opinions are welcome, but personal attacks, harassment and unnecessary toxicity are not.

All forum activity must follow Project Prophecy's Community Guidelines.

Visit the Project Prophecy Forums.

Tournaments & Events

How Project Prophecy Tournaments Work

Project Prophecy is designed to support both official and community-driven gaming tournaments and events.

Finding tournaments

Available tournaments will be displayed through the relevant Project Prophecy tournament or event areas.

Before joining

Always review the tournament information carefully, including:

  • Game
  • Platform
  • Region
  • Team size
  • Start date and time
  • Competition format
  • Rules
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Prize information, if applicable

Tournament rules

Individual competitions may have their own rules in addition to Project Prophecy's general Community Guidelines.

By entering a tournament, participants are expected to follow the rules published for that event.

Tournament Disputes and Reporting Results

Competition can sometimes result in disagreements. Project Prophecy tournament disputes should be handled through the proper process rather than arguments between teams or players.

If a dispute occurs

Collect relevant evidence such as:

  • Screenshots
  • Video recordings
  • Match results
  • Game IDs
  • Relevant messages
  • Other supporting information

Submit the dispute to the relevant tournament administrator or through the appropriate Project Prophecy support process.

Do not publicly attack other participants

Disputes should remain respectful while they are investigated.

Harassment, threats or targeted abuse toward another team or player may result in separate moderation action regardless of the original dispute.

Server Boosters & Memberships

How Discord Server Booster Benefits Work

Members who boost the official Project Prophecy Discord server may receive additional benefits across the Project Prophecy platform.

Before you begin

Make sure:

  • You are boosting the official Project Prophecy Discord server
  • You have a Project Prophecy website account
  • Your Discord account is connected to your Project Prophecy account

Linking your Booster status

Your Project Prophecy account must be connected to the same Discord account that is boosting the server.

This allows the platform to verify your eligibility for Booster features.

Booster benefits aren't appearing?

If you're currently boosting but your benefits aren't showing:

  1. Confirm Discord is connected to your account.
  2. Confirm you've linked the correct Discord account.
  3. Allow the platform time to synchronise.
  4. If the issue continues, submit an Issues & Glitches ticket.

You can view additional Booster information here.

Understanding Project Prophecy Memberships

Project Prophecy memberships are optional upgrades that may provide additional benefits beyond the core free platform.

Do I need a membership?

No.

Project Prophecy's core community and platform are designed to remain accessible without requiring a paid membership.

What do memberships include?

Benefits vary depending on the membership tier available.

Always review the current inclusions before purchasing.

View Project Prophecy Memberships.

Safety & Moderation

How to Report a Player or Member

If another member is breaking Project Prophecy rules, you can submit a report for our moderation team to review.

When should I report someone?

Examples may include:

  • Harassment
  • Bullying
  • Threats
  • Doxxing
  • Discrimination
  • Scamming
  • Impersonation
  • Spam
  • Serious inappropriate behaviour
  • Other violations of Project Prophecy rules

How to make a report

Visit the Project Prophecy Support Centre and select Report Players or Members.

Include evidence

Where possible, include:

  • Screenshots
  • Recordings
  • Message links
  • Usernames
  • Dates and approximate times
  • A clear description of what happened

Do not submit false reports

Reports must be made genuinely.

Knowingly submitting fabricated, misleading or malicious reports may result in moderation action against the reporting account.

Understanding Warnings, Suspensions and Bans

Project Prophecy uses moderation action to protect the platform and its community.

Actions may vary depending on the severity, context and history of a violation.

Possible moderation actions

  • Informal guidance
  • Formal warnings
  • Content removal
  • Feature restrictions
  • Temporary suspensions
  • Permanent bans

Serious violations

Some behaviour may result in stronger action without requiring multiple previous warnings.

This can include serious harassment, threats, doxxing, malicious activity or other behaviour that creates a significant risk to Project Prophecy or its members.

Can I appeal?

Where eligible, you can request a review through our Complaints & Appeals process.

How to Submit a Moderation Appeal

If you believe a Project Prophecy moderation decision should be reviewed, you may be able to submit an appeal.

Submitting an appeal

  1. Visit the Project Prophecy Support Centre.
  2. Select Complaints & Appeals.
  3. Explain which decision you're appealing.
  4. Explain why you believe it should be reviewed.
  5. Provide any supporting evidence or additional context.

Writing a useful appeal

Keep your appeal respectful and focused on the decision.

Appeals containing threats, abuse or deliberately false information may be rejected and can result in further action.

Submitting multiple appeals

Please avoid creating multiple tickets regarding the same decision unless staff specifically request additional information.

Support

How to Contact Project Prophecy Support

The Project Prophecy Support Centre is the main place to request assistance, report problems, submit feedback or contact our staff.

Open the Project Prophecy Support Centre.

Available ticket categories

  • General Support — General questions and assistance
  • Complaints & Appeals — Complaints and moderation reviews
  • Suggestions & Feedback — Ideas and platform feedback
  • Report Players or Members — Report community rule violations
  • Issues & Glitches — Technical issues and bugs
  • Staff Applications — Apply for available Project Prophecy staff positions
  • Team Applications — Apply to join Team Prophecy

Help us help you

Provide as much relevant information as possible when creating your ticket.

This can reduce the amount of back-and-forth required and help staff understand your issue faster.

How to Report a Bug or Website Glitch

Found something on Project Prophecy that isn't working correctly?

Reporting bugs helps us improve the platform for everyone.

Submit a bug report

Visit the Project Prophecy Support Centre and select Issues & Glitches.

Information you should include

  • A clear description of the problem
  • The page or feature affected
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Steps that cause the issue
  • Your device
  • Your operating system
  • Your browser
  • Screenshots or screen recordings where possible

Example

Instead of: "Teams are broken."

Try: "When I click Join Team on the Teams page using Chrome on Windows 11, the button loads for approximately five seconds and then returns me to the same page without joining the team."

The more accurately we can reproduce the problem, the easier it is to identify and fix.

How to Submit Suggestions and Feedback

Project Prophecy is being built for the gaming community, so user feedback is extremely valuable.

If you have an idea for a feature, improvement, tool or change, we'd like to hear it.

Submitting your suggestion

Visit the Project Prophecy Support Centre and select Suggestions & Feedback.

A good suggestion should explain:

  • What you'd like added or changed
  • Why you think it would be useful
  • Who would benefit from it
  • How you imagine it working

What happens to suggestions?

Submitting an idea does not guarantee that it will be implemented, but suggestions can help influence the future direction of Project Prophecy.

Even ideas we don't implement immediately may help inspire future features.

Privacy & Security

Discord Login and Your Privacy

Project Prophecy may allow users to sign in or connect their account using Discord.

Does Project Prophecy receive my Discord password?

No.

Your Discord password is entered and processed by Discord's authentication system. Project Prophecy does not receive your Discord password.

What information can be shared?

The information available to Project Prophecy depends on the Discord permissions requested when you connect your account.

These permissions should only be used to provide relevant Project Prophecy functionality.

Can Project Prophecy read all my Discord messages?

Connecting your Discord account does not automatically provide access to your private Discord conversations.

Can I disconnect Discord?

Where supported, you can unlink Discord through your Project Prophecy account settings.

Please be aware that Discord-dependent features such as role synchronisation or Server Booster benefits may stop working after you disconnect the account.

What to Do If You Find a Security Vulnerability

If you discover a potential security vulnerability affecting Project Prophecy, we encourage you to report it responsibly.

Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability

Publishing detailed information about an unresolved vulnerability may place users or the platform at risk.

Report the issue

Contact Project Prophecy Support and provide as much technical information as possible.

Useful information can include:

  • The affected page or feature
  • A description of the vulnerability
  • Steps required to reproduce it
  • Screenshots or recordings

Please report responsibly

Do not access, alter, destroy or distribute information that you are not authorised to access while testing or documenting a potential issue.

Team Prophecy

How to Apply for Team Prophecy

Team Prophecy is the official gaming and content team representing the Project Prophecy brand.

When recruitment is open, members can apply through the Project Prophecy application system.

How to apply

  1. Sign into your Project Prophecy account.
  2. Visit the Support Centre.
  3. Select Team Applications.
  4. Complete all required questions.
  5. Submit your application.

What do we look for?

Team Prophecy is about more than simply being good at a game.

We may consider:

  • Attitude
  • Activity
  • Consistency
  • Teamwork
  • Maturity
  • Community involvement
  • Content creation
  • Communication
  • Potential
  • How you represent the Project Prophecy brand

What happens after applying?

Applications are reviewed by the relevant team members.

Successful applicants may be invited to continue through a trial or prospect period before becoming a full Team Prophecy member.

Understanding the Team Prophecy Prospect Period

Being accepted as a prospect doesn't automatically mean you've become a full Team Prophecy member.

The prospect period gives both you and Team Prophecy an opportunity to determine whether the partnership is a good fit.

What are prospects assessed on?

This may include:

  • Activity
  • Attitude
  • Communication
  • Teamwork
  • Reliability
  • Community behaviour
  • Content activity where relevant
  • How you represent Project Prophecy

What should I do during my prospect period?

Get involved.

Talk to members, play games with the team, participate in community activities and show us naturally what you can bring to Team Prophecy.

We're looking for people who genuinely fit the culture — not people who behave differently only while they're being assessed.

Guides

Creating and running a team

Teams are how you compete together on Project Prophecy. Every player can belong to one team at a time, and a team is what you enter into scrims, official tournaments and community tournaments.

Create your team

  1. Go to Teams and click Create Team.
  2. Give it a name, a clan tag (up to 8 characters — symbols are fine) and pick your main game.
  3. Choose the privacy: Public (anyone can join instantly), Private (players request to join and a captain approves) or Hidden (invite only — the team doesn't appear in the directory).
  4. Set your team colour and accent, then upload a logo and banner from the team page.

Invite players

  • Search & invite: on your team page open the roster and press + Invite, search a player and send them an invite. They accept it from their notifications.
  • Invite code: in Team Settings → Info set or generate an invite code. Anyone who enters it (on your team page or on the Teams directory under "Join with code") joins instantly — even if the team is private or hidden. Clear the field to switch the code off.
  • Join requests: for private teams, requests appear in a Pending card for anyone with the "Approve join requests" permission.

Roles and permissions

Open Team Settings → Roles to create roles (Captain, Coach, Player, Sub…) and tick exactly what each role may do: edit the team, manage roles, invite, approve requests, remove members, post in chat, moderate chat, request scrims, post team updates, pin/delete posts and manage the Discord bot. The owner always has every permission and can transfer ownership from the roster.

Team chat and team posts

  • Team Chat on the team page is members-only. It uses the same editor as the forums, so you can format text, drop images and emoji, and reply to a specific message (hover it and press ↩).
  • Team Posts (the "📣 Team Posts" button) is your team's public wall for news, results, roster changes and photos. Members with posting rights can write updates; anyone who can see the team can read and react. Captains can pin the important ones.

Competing

Team leaders enter the team into official tournaments and community tournaments, request scrims, and pick who is playing from the roster. Wins feed the leaderboards and award XP to every active member.

Entering official tournaments

Official tournaments are run by Project Prophecy staff. They use a real bracket with results updated live, and wins count towards the site leaderboards.

How to enter

  1. You need a team — create or join one first (see Creating and running a team). Only team leaders can register a team.
  2. Open Tournaments, pick one that's in Registration Open and read the format, team size, substitute limit, entry fee and prize pool.
  3. Press Register, choose your team and complete payment if there's an entry fee. Your spot shows on the registration grid straight away.
  4. Before the sign-up cut-off you can withdraw your team from the same card if plans change.

Rosters

Mark who is playing and who is a substitute from the tournament page. The host sets how many players count as playing and how many subs are allowed. If a roster cut-off is set, rosters lock at that time.

Formats

  • Single elimination — lose once and you're out.
  • Double elimination — one loss drops you to the losers bracket; the winners-bracket champion meets the losers-bracket survivor in the grand final.
  • Round robin — everyone plays everyone; most wins takes it.
  • Swiss — each round pairs teams on the same record; best record after the final round wins.

Following the bracket

Once the bracket is generated the tournament page shows every match. Results appear live as staff enter them — no need to refresh. Forfeits and disqualifications are marked on the bracket. Tournament rules are shown on the tournament page; anything not covered there follows the site rulebook.

Hosting a community tournament

Community tournaments are hosted by members, for members — no entry fees, your rules, your bracket. They're perfect for scrims nights, friendly cups and clan events.

Host one

  1. Go to Community Tournaments and press Host a Tournament.
  2. Give it a name and a description (the description and the rules both use the forum editor, so you can format them, add images and links).
  3. Pick the game from the list or choose "Other" and type your own game and title.
  4. Choose the signup type: team based (site teams), individual signup (players name their own squad) or 1v1.
  5. Choose a bracket format — single elimination, double elimination, gauntlet, round robin or Swiss — and set max entries, whether entries need your approval, and an optional roster cut-off.
  6. Want it private? Set or generate an invite code. Players must enter the code to sign up, and they can find your tournament with it on the Community Tournaments page.

Running it

  • Entries — approve or deny pending entries, or kick during registration. Add staff from the admin card and give them entries, bracket or settings rights.
  • Generate the bracket when you're ready; registration closes and seeding is shuffled. You can reshuffle before results go in, or reopen registration to start over.
  • Results — click any match to set the winner and score, change it later, or reset it (later rounds fed by it reset too). Swiss tournaments have a "Generate next round" button once every match in the round is decided.
  • Disqualify — from the entries list, DQ an entry with a reason. Their open matches are forfeited to the opponent automatically and they're marked DQ on the bracket. Reinstate them any time.
  • Everyone watching the tournament page sees results, DQs and completions land within seconds.

Tournament tools

The Prophecy Spinner opens from the tournament admin card in its own tab — ideal for a second monitor or an OBS browser source. Use it for map picks, rule rolls or random matchups. Hosts can also unlock bracket cosmetics to style their bracket.

Invite & Earn (affiliate program)

Invite & Earn rewards you for bringing new players to Project Prophecy. Every member has a personal invite link and invite code; anyone who joins through them is credited to you.

Find your link and code

  1. Open your Account → Invite & Earn.
  2. Copy your invite link and share it anywhere — Discord, socials, DMs. Someone who opens it and registers within 30 days is credited to you.
  3. Prefer a code? Share your invite code instead — new players type it in the "Invite code" box on the register page. You can change your code to something memorable (letters, numbers and dashes).

Rewards

  • Per sign-up prize — when enabled by staff, each successful sign-up adds credit straight to your account balance.
  • Milestone goals — hit a number of sign-ups (say 5, 10 or 25) and unlock the goal reward: balance credit, a permission, a role or a profile tag. Progress bars on the Invite & Earn tab show how close you are.
  • Rewards are paid automatically and you get a notification for every sign-up and every goal.

Fair play

Only genuine new accounts count. Referring yourself, mass-creating accounts or spamming links breaks the site rules and can cost you the rewards and your access to the program.
